- Deadlift/Bent over row: 3 sets of 6, 50 Pounds
- Wide grip lat pulldown: 3 sets of 6, 70 Pounds
- Single leg squat: 3 sets of 6, bodyweight
- Back Extension: 3 60 second holds
- YTWL: 3 sets of 6, 10 pounds
