45 Minutes Elliptical

“The New Rules of Lifting for Woman” Day 6, Phase 3, Workout B:

  • Deadlift/Bent over row: 3 sets of 6, 50 Pounds
  • Wide grip lat pulldown: 3 sets of 6, 70 Pounds
  • Single leg squat: 3 sets of 6, bodyweight
  • Back Extension: 3 60 second holds
  • YTWL: 3 sets of 6, 10 pounds


First day back is always the hardest!  I hope everyone is having a great Monday night!
